In 2002, Prof. Dr. Renate Tewes started the first Nursing Science / Nursing Management course at the Protestant University of Applied Science in Dresden (ehs). In this way, she enables nurses to qualify for example in Practice Development (BA) or in Communty Health Nursing (MA).
Due to the great demand for training in leadership skills in the healthcare sector, Prof. Dr. Tewes reduced her hours at the university in 2008 and has since dedicated herself to coaching, consulting and training managers in the healthcare sector with Crown Coaching International.

The transfer of theoretical knowledge and its practical applicability has always been a priority for Prof. Tewes.
She successfully completed her training as a case management trainer back in 2004 and has been leading a corresponding further training course in Dresden together with Prof. Corinna Ehlers ever since.
