Sigrid Schlecht-Reichert is a supervisor and coach for managers at middle and upper management levels. She also heads the DiaLog International Academy of Diakonie Neudendettelsau, one of the leading educational providers in the social sector.

Sigrid Schlecht-Reichert is a trained nurse and midwife. She is a communication psychologist (Master of Arts) and has a bachelor’s degree in health communication. Since 1993, she has accompanied teams in start-ups or restructuring as well as in team development processes.
In 2008 she expanded her range of work to include coaching executives. A key focus of her work is on resolving interpersonal workplace conflicts and developing strategies for psychological stress and crises at work.
In 2009, Sigrid Schlecht-Reichert took over the development and management of the bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in “Vocational Education in Health Care” at the Münster University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with Diakonie Neuendettelsau. The degree programs allow working people to gain qualifications for teaching activities while working.
At the DiaLog Academy (Diakonie Neuendettelsau) until 2010, she was a lecturer responsible for further education and training in the nursing department and for the topics of communication and conflict moderation. In 2016, Sigrid Schlecht-Reichert took over the management of the educational institution.
Sigrid Schlecht-Reichert offers in-house seminars on various topics in the area of communication in a professional context and work organization. These include, among other things, knowledge management, generational differences as a resource in teams and conflict management.
