Career
Markus Meißner began working in the healthcare sector in 2001 as a paramedic in the Bundeswehr. He then completed nursing training and worked in the hospital for several years. During this time he worked in various working groups – “Treatment Pathways in Psychiatry”, the “CIRS” working group and “Deprivation of Liberty Measures”.
In 2007 he completed training as a multiplier in the area of de-escalation and has been working as a lecturer in the area of conflict management/de-escalation since 2008.
In 2019 he earned a Master of Science in Management and Quality Development in Healthcare.
