Karin Schwarke is a research assistant at ehs Dresden and systemic supervisor.

Presence, self-esteem, and challenging communication – central topics and key situations in leadership are examined. The relationship between professional actions and personality is made fruitful for solutions in an appreciative and resource-oriented manner.

Career

After studying Protestant theology in Munich and Hamburg, the vicariate and clinical pastoral training, she worked as a community pastor in Hamburg and a religion teacher at the Kreuzgymnasium in Dresden. Since 2013, she has been teaching at the ehs in Dresden in all courses in the subjects of anthropology, pastoral care and religious education. After completing her training, she works at Weinheim as a systemic supervisor and is a volunteer member of the pastoral care team at the Carl-Gustav-Carus University Hospital.
