Career
Leipzig-born Dr. Anna Martius has been working in science management since 2008, initially in Lausanne as executive secretary general of an international research association, now as managing director in an international and interdisciplinary graduate school at the TU Dresden. Her appreciative interest in people led the structural engineer to pursue further university training to become a coach and trainer. In addition to her work as a coach, her focus is on training in time management, moderation, mediation and creative changes in perspective.
Reference: The mother of five completed her doctorate with four children in 2007, works full time, regularly trains for the next half marathon and is learning the saxophone. She also completed additional training as a Competence Trainer at Steinbeis University Berlin (SHB) and as a Competence Coach (SHB) part-time.
