Dr. Susan Smith ist Inhaberin von Choice Dynamic International, einer in England ansässigen Unternehmensberatung für Einzelpersonen und Unternehmen im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen. Ihr Ziel ist es, Führungskräften durch verbesserte Beziehungen und individuelles Denken mehr Wahlmöglichkeiten zu eröffnen und sie damit zurück zu mehr Spaß an der Arbeit zu bringen.

Werdegang

Dr. Susan Smith verfügt über knapp 40 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Gesundheits- und Pflegewesen in United Kingdom. Sie war als Krankenschwester, Hebamme, Klinikleiterin und Beraterin angestellt. Im privatwirtschaftlichen Bereich agierte sie als Beraterin für ein internationales Weltraum- und Technologieunternehmen.

Dr. Smith bietet neben dem LEO-Programm und HeartMath® vor allem eigene Programme. Zu den zahlreichen Führungskräftetrainings, die sie für unterschiedliche Organisationen entwickelte, gehört unter anderem das Kinderschutzprogramm "safeguarding children" für das Gesundheitsministerium (NHS).
